Most groups spend the larger share in Makkah and the remainder in Madinah, though the balance is yours to set. We will suggest a split based on your travel dates and who is coming rather than applying a fixed formula.
Who a 10 days Umrah package suits
Working travellers with limited leave, first-time pilgrims wanting a focused trip, and smaller groups. If you have more time available, the 14 days Umrah package allows a gentler pace between the two cities.
What shapes the cost
Hotel proximity to the Haram is the largest single variable, followed by the season you travel in. Ramadan and school holidays are the two peaks. Moving your dates by a week outside peak often changes the total more than downgrading the hotel would.

For Ramadan and school holidays, several months. For quieter periods a few weeks is usually workable. The constraint is almost always hotel availability close to the Haram rather than the visa.
Can you work to a fixed budget?
Yes. Tell us the budget at the start and we will show you what it realistically covers, including what would have to give. That is more useful than a plan you then have to cut back.
Can the fee change after I apply?
Official components and service charges can both change. We confirm the current applicable amount with you in writing before any payment is taken, and we tell you which part is the authority fee and which part is our service.
