Most Umrah packages are built backwards: the operator fixes the hotel and dates, then finds travellers to fill it. We work the other way round. You tell us the dates, the group, and what matters most — proximity to the Haram, hotel standard, or keeping the cost down — and we build the plan around that.
What shapes the cost
Four things move the price more than anything else: how close the hotel is to the Haram, the season you travel in, group size, and how far ahead you book. Ramadan and school holidays are the two peaks. The same hotel in the same room category can differ substantially between a quiet week and Ramadan.
Travelling with family
Groups with elderly parents or young children need different planning, not just a bigger room. Walking distance to the Haram matters far more, connecting rooms are worth securing early, and transport between Makkah and Madinah needs thinking through rather than defaulting to the cheapest option.
What we handle
Visa guidance, hotel selection in both cities, intercity transport, and the sequencing of the trip. We tell you which parts are fixed by the authorities and which parts are genuinely your choice.
Frequently asked questions
How far in advance should we book?
For Ramadan and school holidays, several months. For quieter periods, a few weeks is usually workable. The constraint is almost always hotel availability close to the Haram, not the visa.
Can you plan for a large family group?
Yes. Tell us the group size, ages, and any mobility needs at the start — those change hotel selection and transport more than the budget does.
Can the fee change after I apply?
Official components and service charges can both change. We confirm the current applicable amount with you in writing before any payment is taken, and we tell you which part is the authority fee and which part is our service.
