Do you guarantee visa approval?
No. Approval is decided by the relevant immigration authority, and no agent can influence that decision. What we do is prepare a complete, consistent application so it is judged on your actual profile rather than on a missing document.
How long does an application take?
It depends on nationality, the route, how complete your documents are, and the authority's current workload. We give you a realistic window once we have reviewed your profile rather than quoting a marketing number up front.
What do your fees cover?
We separate the official authority fee from our service fee and show you both before you pay anything. Where a route has variable costs — an A2A visa change, for example — we quote against your actual dates rather than publishing a figure that would be out of date within a week.
Can I work on a visit visa?
No. A visit visa covers tourism, family visits, and business meetings. Employment requires a work permit and residence visa, which is a separate process with a sponsor.
What happens if I overstay?
Fines accrue daily and an overstay can affect future applications. If your plans change, contact us before your visa expires — an extension applied for in time is far simpler than a fine settled at the airport.
I was refused before. Can you still help?
Often yes, but not with the same application. A reapplication has to visibly answer whatever the first one left open. Send us the refusal letter and we will tell you honestly whether reapplying now is worth it.
Do you handle the appointment booking?
For consular routes we help you prepare the file and understand the process. The appointment itself is booked through the official visa centre or consulate system, and we point you to the correct one.
Is my passport safe with you?
We ask for scans rather than physical documents wherever the route allows it. Where an original is genuinely required we tell you why, and we return it as soon as the step is complete.
How do I get a refund?
Service fees and official fees are treated differently. Our refund position is set out on the refund policy page, and we confirm it in writing before taking payment.
Which countries do you cover?
UAE visit visas, GCC resident routes into the UAE, Schengen, UK, USA and Turkey applications from the UAE, and Umrah planning. If you need something outside that, ask and we will tell you whether we can help.
