Worth doing the maths
One 60-day change usually costs less than a 30-day change followed by an extension, and it saves a second round of paperwork. If you are confident about the length of your stay, the longer visa is normally the better decision.
Who this is not for
If there is a real chance you will leave the UAE during those two months, this is a single-entry visa and it ends when you exit. The 60-day multiple-entry route is the one to look at instead.
